Principal

Dr. Vitsou Yano is the Principal in Modern College Piphema. She is from the Department of History. She received her Doctorate Degree from University of Hyderabad in 2016. She has organized several seminars - National Seminar sponsored by ICSSR-NERC in November 2019, National Seminar in March 2020, State level Seminar sponsored by Dept. of Art and Culture, Govt. of Nagaland in April 2022, National Seminar  sponsored by ICSSR, New Delhi in November 2022. Her area of research interest includes Naga History, Cultural History, Gender History, Identity, Feminist Studies, etc. She can be contacted at vitsou@moderncollege.edu.in
